On 25th April 2017, The live screening and stage performance of the short film 'A Time to Dance' was held at Pukekohe Memorial Town Hall as part of the Anzac day celebrations. The film was written and directed by artist and teacher Jay Pressnell, and produced by Creative Collective 2inspire247. Approximately 170 students from Pukekohe High School took part, from illustrators, animators, musicians, actors, editors and performers. The film follows the story of two childhood sweethearts separated by the trauma of the second world war. The film involved the work of 170 animators, illustrators, actors, kapa haka performers and musicians to piece together this audio visual piece.
